2026 JAAF Conference Registration

By proceeding to the registration section, you affirm that you (or your designee) have read and understand the registration instructions.

Please use care when entering data. Please enter your name in standard format (do not fully capitalize your information). The information you submit will automatically be used to create your name badge and other documents for the conference.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE: The Conference registration fee is $145 for JAAF members and $195 for non-JAAF members. JAAF membership dues is $40 and will be valid from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Dues must be current when registration payment is received to get the reduced member rate. If you have already paid your membership or are paying your membership along with the conference registration, please select “JAAF Member” when registering.
HOTEL: The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Jacksonville. The contracted room rate is $159 per night for a standard room. The deadline for making a hotel reservation is August 24, 2026 at 12:00 pm Noon. Rooms not secured by the cutoff date will be released and all future reservations will be on a space available basis at the prevailing room or category rate which means the rate could be much higher than the JAAF rate of $159 per night so it is very important to reserve your room prior to August 24, 2026. If you reserve a room and then decide that you cannot attend conference, please notify Robin White before cancelling so she can determine if the room needs to be utilized by another attendee.
Only the conference dates, September 15-18, are available to reserve. Any dates pre/post must
be made by request to Robin and is based on availability.
DINNER BANQUET: The Dinner Banquet is included in your registration fee, cost for additional guests attending the banquet is $75 per person. Please mark your registration form as to your attendance options for the banquet. If you choose to attend the dinner banquet then JAAF will be committed to paying for your meal. The Conference guarantees meals based upon your response. Last minute cancellations or modifications require the Conference to pay for uneaten meals which this year is $125 per person. If you are not going to attend the banquet, please notify our Conference Chair, Robin White, at robin.white@flcourts1.gov, by September 3, 2026 so that JAAF does not pay for your meal unnecessarily.
PAYMENT: You are now able to pay for your conference registration via PayPal. You will be directed to this payment page after completing your registration. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use this payment option, simply log in as a guest.
PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: If paying by check or money order – please print the “Conference Success” page that you are directed to after completing this registration and mail a copy (postmarked no later than August 29, 2025) along with your check or money order made payable to JAAF, to the JAAF Treasurer Lisa Shorten c/o Judge Lisa Munyon, PO Box 4934, Orlando, FL 32801.
**Registration fees must be received by August 24, 2026. Payments received after August 24, 2026, will need to include a late fee of $50.**
Please note…registration is not complete until the full registration fee has been received by JAAF. If paid by check, you will receive a receipt of payment by email. Please retain this emailed receipt as you will need to submit it with any travel reimbursement request. You will not receive an additional receipt after conference. If making payment via PayPal, you will need to keep a copy of the electronic receipt from PayPal to submit with any reimbursement request.
IMPORTANT
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATIONS: Registration cancellation or modification must be made by 4:00 p.m., August 24, 2026, in order to obtain a full refund and upon Board approval. A written request must be made indicating the reason for the cancellation so that the Board can vote on approval of the refund. Please email Robin White at robin.white@flcourts1.gov with any changes to your registration.
Any modification or cancellation made after August 24, 2026 will result in a $50 administrative fee being deducted from your registration payment, if a refund is approved by the Board. The fee will be used to offset meals that the Conference has guaranteed and will not be reimbursable.
Failure to pay the registration fee in full prior to the cutoff date of August 24, 2026 will result in the assessment of the non-discounted registration fee of $195 for members/$245 for non-members and only $145 of the registration fee will be reimbursable. All payments must be received by August 29, 2025 (no exceptions).
